GENAN ROAD+ PREMIXED is a ready-to-use, elastomeric bitumen and asphalt modifier that simplifies mixing and improves performance. It consists of a special Genan rubber powder uniformly premixed with Vestenamer® – a semicrystalline polyoctenamer – to form a homogenous, easy-handling material.

Compared to the original two-component ROAD+ system, the premixed version saves both time and energy along with reduced complexity on site. It delivers improved flexibility, excellent adhesion to aggregates, and a wider processing temperature window. No special equipment or release agents are needed.
In asphalt performance testing, a 10% addition of ROAD+ has been shown to match or outperform 4% SBS-modified bitumen – with superior results in rutting resistance, cracking prevention, and recyclability. Studies also confirm:

Suitable for any asphalt type (SMA, AC, PA, MA) and all bitumen grades, GENAN ROAD+ PREMIXED is compatible with both wet and dry processing. Also enables the production of noise reduced asphalt – ideal for urban areas and high-traffic roads.
Unlike earlier generations of rubber-modified asphalt, GENAN ROAD+ PREMIXED combines strong adhesion to aggregates with clean handling – it does not stick to tools, tanks, or trucks. The result is a more flexible, user-friendly material that shows great performance during both mixing and installation at lower temperatures.
