At Genan, we operate large-scale plants built for high-volume output. Our technology is both advanced and consistent – ensuring that every batch of rubber granulate or powder meets the same high-quality standards, time after time. With a tightly controlled intake and precision-driven process, our customers know exactly what to expect: Uniform, clean, and dependable materials. Every time.
We offer a wide range of ambient rubber granulates and powders, with granule sizes ranging from 0.2 mm to 7 mm. In addition, Genan manufactures ultra-fine, micronised rubber powder in mesh sizes from 40 (<425 µm) to 120 (<125 µm), suited for demanding applications across industries.
All Genan rubber materials are exceptionally clean. Impurity levels are guaranteed to stay below 100 grams per tonne for sizes smaller than GENAN SUPER COARSE – with typical values averaging only 50 grams per tonne. Dust levels are similarly low.
Looking for something more colourful? Among the available options is GENAN COATED TOP LAYER – a pre-coated rubber granulate, offered in six standard colours. It provides a durable and visually appealing alternative to traditional top layers such as EPDM or TPV.
