As QHSE Supervisor – Global based at our plant in Dorsten, you will combine strategic energy management with operational QHSE responsibilities while working closely with local plants, management teams and global stakeholders.

About the job​

Qualifications & experience​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Experience within Energy Management in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge about ISO 50001 and preferably ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001
  • Hands-on mentality combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong intercultural awareness and ability to work in international environments
  • Willingness to travel internationally approximately 1–1.5 weeks per month
  • Fluent in English and German, written and spoken

Key responsibilities

  • Take global responsibility for Energy Management across all six international sites (five in Europe, one in the US)
  • Conduct energy reviews, energy audits and general QHSE audits
  • Define and analyse Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs)
  • Develop, implement and monitor initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce CO2 emission
  • Act as local QHSE representative and ensure implementation of ISO systems and other EHS activities
  • Deliver training and promote awareness on energy and QHSE topics
  • Collaborate closely with Plant Management, Operational Excellence, Technical Service teams and Production Employees
