About the job​

Qualifications & experience​

The position requires a minimum of 3 years of handson work experience as an industrial electrician in a production company. We expect candidates to have:

  • A certificate as an Industrial Electrician (or equivalent educational background)
  • Strong PLC, VFD, HMI programming & troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and technical drawings
  • Experience with power factor correction, microprocessor controls and automation

Key responsibilities

As Plant Electrician, you will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and support both Maintenance, Production, Technical Service & Operational Excellence teams. Your main tasks will be to:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot & repair industrial electrical and electronic systems
  • Install & calibrate weighing systems, controllers and PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley)
  • Work with ABB VFDs, industrial voltage systems (120V – 480V, 3 Phase, 12.9kV switchgear)
  • Support networking, security access, fiber optics, and Ethernet setups
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
