Installation
Most tracks and pitches are built in-situ: Rubber granules are mixed with polyurethane binder and poured directly on site. This method allows for a tailored surface finish while ensuring a uniform, resilient base layer.
For tracks and pitches, Genan offers rubber granulate in two standard sizes: GENAN MEDIUM and GENAN COARSE. Particle size distribution is key – it influences installation efficiency and overall performance. A high-quality, dust-free product ensures better binding and helps reduce material costs.
